Inspired by Barbra Streisand, Ella Fitzgerald, Patsy Cline, Linda Ronstadt, Olivia Newton-John, and even Ann Wilson (Heart), Lisa Marie Ellis developed her singing voice by following along with recordings of her favorite female artists. She cultivated her rich, strong vocals through the help of world-renowned vocal coach Judy Davis.

Performing Pop, Jazz, Broadway, Rock or Country, Lisa is equally at home in a variety of genres. "I don't believe in labels - a great song is simply a great song if it allows you to connect with your audience in a meaningful way."

About Lisa

Performed with the Rock/Pop/Blues band Listen Up at the Jojoba Hills SKP Halloween Dinner-Dance on October 30th.

I had the wonderful opportunity to perform a special request of Music of the Night from Phantom of the Opera..

Planning ahead, I decided to match my costume to the song, wearing a long, blue velvet gown, black velvet cape and black half mask with blue rhinestones. I've decided this will be the standard costume for this song.
